Just held in Singapore was the Building and Construction trade show Bex Asia.

Bex Asia is one of the largest shows of its type in the SE Asian region, frequently seeing visitors from countries all over including Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, India and of course Singapore and Malaysia.

With our Singaporean / Malaysian distributor - Atlas Sound & Vision, we presented the brands Kordz, Pulse Eight and Soundcast to those that visited the event.

All products were extremely well received by the attendees, with several highlights being:

The amazing new Soundcast VG7SE.

Apart from the presenters of seminars at the show (who were located over 30 metres away who found it difficult to be heard on their professional grade speaker setup over the VG7SE), it was one of the most popular products on the stand.

The attendees could not believe that such a device existed that was portable, IP64 rated (so you can be on a beach in the rain and it won't mind) and produced such an amazing sound performance even in a massively opened area.

Pulse Eight 4K Technology

The amazing new Pulse Eight NeoX

The new NeoX Matrix was a hit showing that it is possible to send true 4K 60 4:4:4 signal over 100m on a matrix unit. Also as per usual, the amazing software of the Pulse Eight system delighted and amazed all.

The ultra quick setup, on-site diagnostic software and cloud base diagnostic / control amazed all. Even further though was the possibility of utilising CEC control in-built into the unit, which makes the value proposition even higher.

Finally, when told that it was all designed, engineered and manufactured in the UK, that is when jaws really started to drop.

Kordz Optical HDMI

Kordz is one of the most trusted cable brands on the planet, but is quite new to some areas of the SE Asian region.

Their new HDMI over Fibre cables were of great interest to many attendees, especially since the ultra long runs (up to 30m) did not require external power supply.

Their R.3 range also raised a lot of eyebrows in interest, not only (like most Kordz HDMI being DPL Labs certified) for performance, but for the fact that they come in odd lengths in 0.3m steps starting at 0.3m length, perfect for creating neat setups in racks and other situations.

New Zealand leading the way with the first official Soundcast launch in APAC

Just a few weeks ago Capisco held the official launch of Soundcast in New Zealand held at BBQ's More in Auckland.

It was a great event with some fantastic dealers turning up to experience the new range of Soundcast audio products, many for the very first time.

The event was held on a sunny Auckland afternoon, where after a casual but highly informative session provided by Soundcast CEO Oscar Ciornei, both Soundcast and Capsico staff enjoyed some drinks and snacks with the New Zealand Dealers, all the while enjoying the music playing from Soundcast VG7 units in TWS stereo mode.

For many dealers who already had experienced both the VG1 and VG7, this event provided the opportunity to sample the three brand new models, the VG3, VG5 and VGtx.

These new models fill out the middle of Soundcast's range and provide solutions for all levels of customers, no matter their budget or requirement.

With New Zealand's beautiful landscape there for all to enjoy and very much a strong outdoor culture, Soundcast provides the solution for any Kiwi suited to their lifestyle.
